Instructions for Posting to the Forum Calendar
All you have to do is go to the forum, create and account, and then you'll be able to post:

Event postings (such as screenings, film festivals, workshops, etc.)

General Animation Discussions

Job postings

Items for Sale

After you've posted your event details, click on the "Calendar" tab and it should show up. You can edit any entry that you've made. As a safety feature, you won't be able to edit entries created by others.
Another way to post an event is to go to the calendar tab and then click on a date. The forum will bring up a dialog page so that you can enter the details.
The best part of this interactive calendar is that anyone can post and revise event listings, which keeps the calendar up-to-date automatically! Good luck, and happy posting!
