Interesting Life Drawing Events in Georgetown

Passing along a notice I received from the Georgetown Arts Center. The do "character" life drawing classes from mythology and other interesting sources - and they call it Church of the Perpetual Muse. Sessions are four consecutive Sundays. Here is the info:

Hello Interested Artists
We are having sign ups for the Saints and Sinners drawing and painting session this week.This is a four week session which meets every Sunday from 1pm - 4pm. You can read more about it on our blog

If you want to be included in the next round which starts this coming Sunday July 19th and runs until August 9th , please send a check for $48 to

The session runs for four weeks
The next two subjects are
1) costumed -Calamity Jane
2) figure - Die Siend by Von Stuck (The Sin) complete with (fake) snake

As always communion in the form of snacks and drinks will be served.
